Man uses iPhone to revive bird

It’s hard to imagine a period before cell phones. Our phones and our own apps are capable of doing just about everything. Even saving lifestyles across species. They are truly powerful devices.

United kingdom tree surgeon Leon Timms identified a tiny chaffinch lying in the grass. It is thought that the particular bird flew into the solar panels on Timms’ roof structure or hit among his windows. The bird was dazed together trouble breathing. Therefore Leon brought it straight into his home as well as started to stroke your bird, hoping to revive it. Luckily he’d his smartphone together with him.

It could be coincidence, but that would seem unlikely. At least one chicken owes it’s life to this software now.

“I brought the chaffinch inside and started stroking him on my lap, and then I came up with the idea of playing it the sound of another chaffinch on my mobile phone app. I popped the app on and almost immediately the bird’s eyes opened and he seemed to become more alert … It definitely responded to the sound of another chaffinch.”

Samsung Galaxy S III Gets Official

Samsung has announced their latest flagship Android called the Samsung Galaxy S III. The Samsung Galaxy S III features a 4.8 inch HD Super AMOLED touchscreen display which can render up to 1280 x 720 pixels of resolution, which means it can handle content in 720p. It is powered by a 1.4GHz quad core Exynos processor, and it also features a new GPU with two cameras: a 1.9 megapixel camera up front for video conferencing and a rear facing 8 megapixel camera for videos and photos which is capable of full HD video in 1080p. Other features include NFC, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and it will be available in a 16GB and 32GB version. It ships with a 2,100 mAh battery, and Samsung has also added a new range of software to the device, which include ‘Natural Interaction’, and according to Samsung this is:

“Smart enough to detect your face, voice and motions, the GALAXY S III adapts to the individual user to provide a more convenient and natural experience. With the innovative Smart stay feature, the GALAXY S III recognizes how you are using your phone – reading an e-book or browsing the web for instance – by having the front camera identify your eyes; the phone maintains a bright display for continued viewing pleasure.”

Samsung Expect Profit To Double On High Smartphone Sales

Samsung has proven to be successful with its Galaxy range of phones. Just today, the company has announced that they are expecting to double their profits for the first 3 months of this year. The main reason for their success is the brand’ strong smartphone sales, and the success of Samsung’s Galaxy range of devices which has turned Samsung into the worlds biggest selling smartphone ever.

HTC Raider Headed To AT&T

The HTC Raider, the phone that was announced way back in September seems to be headed to AT&T in the US as the device has just turned up at the FCC.

The HTC Raid comes with a 4.5 inch qHD display with a 960 x 540 pixel resolution, and is powered by a dual core 1.2GHz processor. Samsung Galaxy S III To Feature Dual Core 2GHz Processor?

According to a recent report, the Samsung Galaxy S III is rumored to come with anew dual core 2GHz Exynos 5250 processor that was announced yesterday, although it has not been confirmed by Samsung.

Samsung is known to manufacture cool phones like the Samsung Stratosphere that’s fully customizable with the use of Samsung Stratosphere Accessories. So we can expect that this new Samsung Galaxy S III would be a sold out. Samsung Galaxy Note LTE Launched In South Korea

The Samsung Galaxy Note was launched in Europe and in the UK months ago, and now Samsung has launched an LTE enabled version of the Galaxy Note in South Korea, that also comes with NFC.

Just so you know, the Samsung Galaxy Note comes features a 5.3 inch Super AMOLED Plus display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It is powered by a dual core 1.4GHz processor with 1GB of RAM, an 8 megapixel camera which can record HD video in 1080p and a front facing 2 megapixel camera.

A white version of the White Motorola Droid RAZR is headed to Verizon Wireless in the US so meaning you don’t have to buy white Motorola Droid RAZR Accessories to make it a white.

The guys over at Droid Life have obtained a bit of information on the white Motorola Droid RAZR, although there are no information as to when it will be released.

The Motorola Droid 4 features a 4 inch Super AMOLED Advanced touchscreen display, a full 5 row illuminated slide out QWERTY keyboard, Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread, 4G LTE, a front facing camera for video chat, rear facing 8 megapixel camera that can record full high definition video in 1080p.

Motorola Pro+ Hits The UK

The Motorola Pro+ was announced a couple of months ago, and today a SIM free version of the device is available in the UK for only £269. It runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread with a 3.1 inch touchscreen display, a 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus and an LED flash,a QWERTY keyboard, 4GB of built in storage and WiFi and Bluetooth.

Motorola Droid 4 Leaked

A week ago, we heard some information on the new, yet to be announced Motorola Droid 4. Today we have some leaked official photos of the device, along with a specifications sheet.

It seems the Motorola Droid 4 is still on schedule to launch on the 8th of December, and the device will come with a 4 inch qHD touchscreen display, and is powered by a dual core 1.2GHz processor with 1GB of RAM.

It looks like this device is a nice follow up on their Motorola ATRIX 2, which can be personalized with the use of Motorola ATRIX 2 Accessories.

The Motorola Droid 4 will run Android Gingerbread, and comes with an 8 megapixel camera, a front facing HD camera for video chat, plus a 5 row illuminated slide out QWERTY keyboard.

Samsung Galaxy S II LTE Lands In Japan

Samsung and Japanese mobile carrier NTT DoCoMo have released the Samsung Galaxy S II LTE. It’s Japan’s first LTE compatible device, that’s now officially launched.

NTT DoCoMo is the 24th new high-speed communication services and communication speed of up to 10 times compared to the current third-generation FOMA mobile phones “Xi (Kurosshii)” smartphone that supports (feature phones) was released for the first time. Takashi Yamada, president of the event in Tokyo have the “get happy With the speed. (USA Apple) iPhone (iPhone) can be enough to compete,” he said.

The Samsung Galaxy S II LTE will be available with NTT DoCoMo for $260 on a new two year service agreement.
